Trade for a working 2 post lift or a newer 250 2 stroke. 1975 XL175 in 99% original condition. This is one of the cleanest XL’s from this vintage you will find. Original tank with no rust and original plastics with all original decals. No dents on the tank and no cracks in the plastic. The seat is original and has no rips or tears. Fires right up. Everything is functional including horn, blinkers, and switches. I restored the bike about 7 years ago with the intent of riding it on the street but never did. I replaced the stator with a new old stock stator as well as replaced the coil. The frame has been powder coated as well as the springs. This motorcycle is in great condition but not perfect. It has the original license plate and frame from Clovis Honda but the frame is broken and missing a piece. Some of the chrome does have evidence from rust spots and has been cleaned up so it is still in good condition. The mirror stems look like the worst of the chrome. The mirrors themselves are in good shape. I wanted to keep the motorcycle in original condition as possible so I just tried to clean things up rather than replace them. This is a 1974 motorcycle so I would encourage you to see this in person before you bid. I can not possibly list everything this motorcycle has or any little scratch or scuff. It does have some general light scratches and scuffs but no major gouges or dents. The metal piece that holds the battery in place is missing but if it turns up somewhere I can send it to you.
