Up for sale is a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid being sold “AS IS.” I’ve had this car for around 3 years and am the second owner, although it went through two dealerships as well. It does not appear to have a smoke smell and we don’t smoke. Car is clean with some minor scratches and the plastic cover that went over the handle (see photo) broke off which we have and could be fixed by the right person. We recently replaced: 1. New engine battery from O’Reilly with 2-year warranty 2. Left front axle assembly 3. Wheel bearing 4. Right lower ball joint 5. Right steering knuckle 6. Left & right outer tie rods 7. Left and right-side end links 8. Right rear axle seal 9. Installed used Transmission bought with only 99k miles 10. New Fuel pump 8/2018. 11. Brand new Transactional Damper replaced with transmission, (I believe Part No. 7L196) a $500 part new from Ford comes with 1- year warranty 12. We just recently serviced the vehicle with recall items Coolant pump and Throttle Body at Ford as well. The car recently had two new tires put on and the oil changed. Title in hand. I believe the fuel tank needs to be cleaned as car is a little sluggish up hills and has an issue where if it gets under a quarter of a tank or it’s really cold and you run the heat or A/C it will stall out but restarts after around 10 minutes. A $250 deposit needs to be sent.
