This Van has the Quigley 4X4 conversion, 6.0L V8 engine, posi-traction differential, and the heavy duty towing package. This was a government owned Van and has been kept on a very rigid maintenance schedule since new, and it runs extremely well. This vehicle comes with a Complimentary 3-Month Nationwide Warranty. This Van runs and drives beautifully and has been very well maintained. The 6.0L engine runs strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the four-wheel-drive engages properly. The matching set of tires are showing most of their tread. We just had a full maintenance service completed which included new brakes & rotors, oil & filters, belts, wiper blades, shocks, alignment etc. There aren't any warning lights on and this Express is ready for pickup immediately. The exterior on this Express is very clean and looks terrific. The Graystone Metallic paint is glossy and lustrous over the entire body with only some nicks and scratched spots on the right rear corner. There isn't any body rust and the undercarriage is extremely clean and undamaged. The interior has been well maintained and is also in excellent condition. The upgraded seats are fresh and clean without any holes, stains or wear spots. All of the flooring throughout is clean and undamaged. All interior trim is tight and intact. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
