1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 40th Anniversary Limited Edition. Runs really well.. The truck rides very nice. Very smooth. It pulls strait down the street. The truck shifts very nicely. The vehicle sounds strong, and acts like it should. The body is in nice shape. It has no dings on it. It has a couple of small scratches, a few small nicks.. all of which are highly unnoticeable. Otherwise, it is pretty nice. The vehicle basically spent its life in Florida with the original owner until a couple of years ago. That is when I purchased it. It was the only Green 40th Anniversary Edition that I could find at the time that had no rust.. The original owner had to part ways with it because the insurance company he had didn't want to pay to fix it. A vehicle backed into the drivers side rear door. I has another back side door installed from a Green Land Cruiser that matched the vehicle. The only issue was that I had to live with the words "salvage rebuilt" on the truck title. which will go to the next owner as well. It was inspected by the Ohio State Highway Patrol to make sure everything was done correctly. The original owner took great care of the vehicle from the beginning. The underside was painted as if it were a classic car. I believe that is why i can't seem to find any rust under it.. or on the outside of the vehicle. The vehicle, spending it's life basically in Florida, does help as well. The grill shows chips on it.. the hood doesn't have any chips that I can find though. The front bumper and rear are basically scratch-less. The rims look great although there are a couple of spots that show small blemishes below the clearcoat. The interior seats have hairline cracks in the leather. The drivers seat shows a little bit of wrinkling on the edge where a person slides into the seat.. overall the interior looks good for the age. It has been garage kept here in Ohio since I have purchased it. If one should have the desire to come and see it.. they are welcome to take it for a nice long drive and examine the truck. (440)759-9683.. There are 2 chips in the original windshield. Both are next to each other near the middle lower part of the window. Not really in the way of the drive sight. The original owner had some type of video game system, dvd system installed in the vehicle. I see the inputs in the back and the antenna's going down the center of the front windshield. The video screen pulls down from the ceiling from where the center ceiling light used to be. I am not sure how to use it or if it works. The lights on the ceiling video unit do turn on illuminating the interior. I can't guarantee what it does or if it works. I keep forgetting it's there or I would have looked more into the system. The tires are Yokohama Geolander's that seem very good, and look like they should give plenty of years of use before they will need replacing. The brakes, exhaust, suspension are all in good shape. The 4 wheel system works great. This vehicle has "No" lockers on the 4wheel Drive System.. The Cd player cassette radio is original to the car, and does work well.. It does have a Baja Rack that has a few scratches and blemishes in the paint.. but overall looks great.. The cruise control works well. It has cold air conditioning that has given me no issues. There are no check engine lights on.. nor have their been any lights to appear since I have owned the vehicle.. It has remote keyless entry from the factory that works fine. The factory alarm activates when the truck is locked with the remote. It is in nice shape and will give years of use. Good day.
