Hello, my name is David. If you looked at any of my auctions before. You will know that I tinker with old Ford trucks predominantly Ford's anyway. I spent the last 15 years working for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. I was medically retired back in March and to keep from going crazy I've been buying and selling old cars and trucks. I purchased this 89 Ford f150 extended cab two wheel drive pickup from a coworker that I've worked with since 2003. Her and her husband purchased it in 1993 and used it around the house. It looks much worse than it actually is. This was her husband's truck. He was injured and lost his legs when he was young so he didn't wash it very often. The console also isn't bolted down because he had removed it to put his wheelchair in. The odometer shows a hundred and twenty-nine thousand miles. The motor 5.0 and transmission AOD were replaced at 89000 miles. I have receipts for the parts and labor. It looks like it's eat up with rust but it's 90% surface rust. I can take more pictures if necessary or video I can even help point you in the right direction for shipping. The truck is equipped with air condition and power windows. This truck will be a great trash truck or farm truck, it would even be good for someone who knows more about paint work than the mechanical side of it (because it runs and drives very well and as quiet as a mouse) this is an no reserve auction so bid what you think it's worth. But also I reserve the right to end the auction at any time so if you have to have it I need to have it before Christmas I can end the auction early if we agree upon a price.
