Vehicle Detail

Good condition Classic. I have owned this truck for three years and invested huge improving and fixing it for daily driving, particularly great in SNOW! The ultimate winter truck-- heavy, AWD, short wheel-base, good-condition Cooper snow tires mounted. Records of work performed since NEW. My plan was to keep and improve this one further but... plans change. Recent work performed:fluids/ oil changeconversion to old man emu shocksignition coilfog light repairintake manifold gasketvalve cover gasketshead gasketheater control/ core replacementpower steering box repairedcatalytic converternew trailer wiringradiator replacedpower steering pressure line replacednew rear lift gate hinges installednew front and rear brakes including rotorsfront end alignmentBlaupunkt CD/ Bluetooth with microphone for hands-free callingoriginal radio with CD changer includednew headliner Driven approximately 25k miles in 3 years, so I used this vehicle and maintained it expecting to continue to do so. I have receipts for about $13k including all of the above work and more. Total investment over $20k. Runs and drives strong, starts right up in the cold. Original Paint (Aegean blue) has a fine patina that my wife calls worn. I believe it's aged beautifully but new owner would consider painting. Other things that aren't perfect:driver seat control works intermittently (I'm 5-10, average size, so you could drive it home and repair yourself if similar)exhaust getting a little loudfront end shudder over 65mph, undiagnosedpassenger front door latch wonky but works with some extra effortusual bits of corrosion, especially passenger-side rear door frame and rear hatch/liftgate. Nothing structural or affecting driveabilityheater has to be on High to function properly Overall this is a Good condition Driver that has plenty of life left after I've spent on the fixes above. This model is appreciating right now. Not perfect, but could be further improved or driven this winter without concern. Because of the front end shudder I wouldn't drive it cross-country. As is, this is a great vehicle for around town or short commutes in the country-- as it was intended! Vehicle located in Colchester, Vermont. Please ask questions and correspond via email, I will offer prompt reply and discuss the truck after that by phone if desired. On Oct-30-18 at 14:37:15 PDT, seller added the following information: ** Several photos of undercarriage and engine bay have been added to the gallery in response to questions. The area near the passenger side rear door latch is shown and is the worst of the rusty areas. This is not affecting the door in any way-- opens and closes firmly. **
