Here for your consideration is my 1978 Cobra II Mustang. The combination of black with green billboard stripes is rare. The previous owner of many years states that the mileage of 33000 is correct, but I have no proof or documentation of that. The only rust through on the body is the bottom of the passenger door as shown in the pictures. It is running and driving and is a real Cobra II. I have only driven the car around our parking lot to check brakes, steering, and shifting. The tires have good tread, but are old and have some cracking occurring. The previous owner, who is a woman, didn't like the black vinyl seats because of heat, and had the tweed upholstery sewn and installed. It is in excellent condition. I have a good tail light lense to replace the broken one on the left side. The shocks that hold up the hatch are weak and will need to be replaced. The dash is not cracked and the brushed instrument bezel is excellent. These cars are gaining in popularity and price. You either love or hate a Mustang II. I am a big fan of these cars. This is a great start if you want to restore one or is also suitable to make a driver. Again, I have not driven this car on the road and the tires are weathered. I am selling this car as is. If you personal come to get the car and are not satisfied with it, you don't have to buy it. If you send someone other than yourself to get it, don't gripe after you get it.
