2008 E91 BMW 328xi Wagon. I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle, having purchased it in Oct. 2014 with ~101,000 miles on it. It is in good cosmetic condition with the normal amount of interior and exterior wear expected from a 10 year old car. It is in great mechanical condition and has been well maintained by Motorsport GMBH in Lyndhurst, NJ. The tires are relatively new Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 installed in June of 2017 with about ~9,300 mi. on them. The car is no longer equipped with run flats and has no spare tire. This vehicle is being sold as-is with no warranty. I have the CarFax provided from when I purchased it as well as receipts for the following major maintenances performed below. 128,000 mi. Windshield replaced - 8/18 123,920 mi. Brake fluid flush - 11/17 118,720 mi. Front Sruts, Thrust Rods, and Mounts - 6/17 4 Brand new tires mounted and balanced with alignment - 6/17 Rear Brake pads, rotors, and wear sensors - 6/17 108,622 mi. Brake fluid flush - 12/15 104,586 mi. Replaced Starter, bolt set, and manifold gaskets. Replaced Battery - 6/15 103,373 mi. Replaced rear shocks and mounts - 4/15 Front Brake pads, rotors, and wear sensor - 4/15 Right fog light assembly replaced - 4/15 ***Please Read*** There is one issue with the vehicle that has not been addressed. The panoramic moonroof motor needs to be reset, and there is a warning light on the dash stating as much. The motor on these is notorious for being finicky and instead of messing with the moonroof, potentially causing an expensive repair, I have chosen to just leave it closed as advised by my mechanic.
