AC is ice cold and works great Hot heat as well with no issues with HVAC controls All power options, windows, locks and sunroof work exactly as they should Android based stereo installed with upgraded Pioneer speakers in all stock locations. Full Bluetooth and Nav. Car is pre-wired for sub install in trunk with 2 Gauge wire from battery. Trunk and rear seat lined with sound deadening sheets New front lip just installed this summer New front headlights and taillights installed last year 3M ceramic window tint professionally installed All door handles (inside and out) are complete Complete trunk with spare, tools and resealed tail lights = no leaks Recently detailed and ready to drive. Very good compression across all cylinders (tested during tune up with new plugs, coil and distributor) Full Professional installation of Timing, Balance and Accessories Belts done in the last 8k miles with OEM parts Water Pump, idlers, tensioner, seals and valve cover gaskets (Full OEM) all replaced at same time Full cooling system flush / refill done as well Recently upgraded OEM+ Clutch, throw-out bearing, 8 pound Fidenza flywheel, clutch fluid bled and changed Clutch grabs exactly as it should and pulls through all gears. Gear oil changed late last year Rear Main Seal replaced at clutch install as well Shifts super cleanly, holds all gears without issue, no popouts or grinding. New Idle Air and Fast Idle valves just installed Engine valvetrain professionally adjusted and brought back to spec this spring. Full custom exhaust from cat back. Fully smogged and ready for emissions No Check engine or any other lights on dash Two new Hankook Ventus 2 tires installed in the last few months All tires have less than 3k miles on them All four rims replaced in the last year with brand new equipment, professionally mounted and balanced. Full alignment done as well, tracks very well The not as good: The paint especially on the roof is starting to fail and will need to be redone at some point The trunk and front bumper are close but not perfect colour matches The passenger side was resprayed at some point The body makes it a 10 foot car at best, with several small dents dings and scratches some deeper than others The interior is a solid 9 but the drivers seat has some wear on it as they were used seats prior to install The drivers door speaker cuts out on rare occasions The exhaust while it turned out great, is louder than intended and could use a one size larger muffler. The suspension in general is at the end of its life and could use a refresh The bad: Will need front ball joints soon as the boots have torn and they seem to be original Power steering pump is slowly leaking and squeals on cold day start up. Does not burn much if any oil but certainly leaks it from the oil filter housing, oil level sender and dizzy
