1967 Chevrolet Caprice Survivor 76k Original Miles 327 V8 Power Steering and Brakes Beautiful one owner car, 76k miles. California Black plate car. Was built in Los Angeles, Caprice 2 door Custom Coupe, Paint code S-2 Sierra Fawn- Black vinyl top. All Tinted glass, Interior trim 817- A tuxedo black, Dealer installed aftermarket AC, upgraded to R134. Ac worked needs to be filled again. Caprice was introduced as a luxury trim package for the Impala.This car was sold new in Santa Maria CA, the buyer was a classy lady. It was used to drive around locally, the hair dresser, and the grocery store. The rear seat looks like it never was used. The trunk wasn’t really used either, splatter paint looks like the day it left the factory. Car has always been garaged, she stopped driving it in 2011. I bought it Jan 2018. The original 327 ran really good, good compression and oil pressure it had rebuilt camel hump heads. I took the engine out of the car to repaint and reseal it. I never seen an oil pan that looks brand new on an old car, no dents. I replaced the water pump, oil pump, timing chain and all the freeze plugs. Th400 auto trans. I replaced filter and oil, shifts perfect. New 2 ¼ dual exhaust system with flow masters. New radiator, all the hoses in the engine bay is new, new battery, Pertronix electronic ignition. New 15 “ steelies with BFG tires, 15x6 front with 235 60 15 15x8 rear with 275 60 15. New dog dish hub caps. Car had been sitting for 7 years in a garage when I got it, I replaced all wheel cylinders, new brake shoes, new brakes hoses, new wheel bearings. This car never had any rust, there have been touch ups in the paint on both sides. I would guess its old parking damages. Paint isn’t perfect, and it has small nicks on both sides. The bench seat has small worn areas on the driver’s side, rest of the interior looks brand new, door panels are beautiful. And it has the old lady car smell.Clean CA title in my name.
