Up for grabs is a nicely equipped and very well presenting 2014 Cadillac ATS Standard sedan with AWD and the 2.0T engine. **Car is currently financed and will be paid off via proceeds from this sale - delivery of the car is entirely possible prior to receipt of title, which I can then overnight to buyer - we can discuss these details further if you're an interested buyer** Mileage will continue to increase as this is currently my daily driver. I will change vehicles once this sells and will update buyer of actual current mileage. This was previously a lease (by a dentist) and I've had the car for 18 months. Car has been serviced by local Cadillac dealers according to maintenance schedule. My ownership has shown the car almost entirely highway miles (long commute to work). Just under 61k miles on the odometer and it will climb until sold. Car recently had new Continental Extreme Contact tires installed. Aftermarket clear side markers are a nice touch in my opinion. I still have the OEM ambers. Everything functions as it should, the entire CUE unit was replaced under warranty earlier this year and so it remains under warranty until next year. The bumper to bumper warranty has expired, but the power train warranty remains in effect. Curb rash on some of the wheels, minor dents (small) and some stone chips on front bumper, hood and roofline along windshield are all the minor damage that's apparent. Car presents very well and continues to receive compliments. She has been well cared for. Plenty of options - Bose sound, moonroof, power heated seats, power locks/windows/etc, push button start...in addition to what you'd expect on an entry level luxury car - dual zone automatic climate control, touchscreen CUE, etc.
