Lets try this again! I posted some videos on Youtube, check them out!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AboV_6HWPshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xBwkNRc2tohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgB5v3NSnzIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfxGpRVG43Ihttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuon8o3cGE4https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zU0xkfMlpT81972 Dodge Charger 383 Stock engine out of 68 Chrysler Newport 727 TorqueFlite Automatic Transmission Power SteeringNew upholstery Runs and drives Someone needs to take this over and enjoy it as I no longer have the time! Good: · Clean title, original Southwest New Mexico car (I have NM plate from 72). · Bench seat removed and replaced with OEM bucket seats with new upholstery. · New dash pad, new covers on back seat, new headliner, panels were reupholstered or replaced. Car is 99% complete, if you don't see something in the pictures, it's probably in the trunk! · 8 ¾ rear end installed, dual exhaust with headers. · 318 engine, 904 Transmission and 8 ¼ rear end removed for 383 and 727 and 8 ¾ . · Newer bodywork and paint (read below) Bad: · Car was damaged from a hail storm and from 10 ft. you can’t hardly notice. The hail damage is hardly noticeable in the pictures. Paintless dent remover could possibly remove a bunch of them, but I would probably just have the car repainted. I can send more pictures of any part of the car if you want more detail. · Lower section of driver’s side fender is not aligned properly. I never noticed until someone pointed it out to me. It can probably be fixed with some force. · Steering box leaks and probably needs replacement along with power steering pump. · Missing one of the back seat ashtrays along with ash tray in the dash. (I'll keep looking as I know the car was 100% before being torn down and rebuilt. · Needs weather stripping all around and some clips to attached the re upholstered panels to the frame ( NAPA sells these). I’m probably missing some information here, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Also, I will be throwing in a 440 short block from 1968 or 1969 (look at date codes in the pictures) in the auction. Shorts block comes with pistons, crank, block and some 906 heads and some other odds and ends. The plan was to stroke this block and install into the charger with a 6 speed. This vehicle is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. Payment arrangements should be made within three (3) days. The seller reserves the right to end the sale early because of other advertising. The buyer pays shipping cost, but the seller will assist with arrangements. Thanks for looking.
