Vehicle Detail

Engine/parts: 2.3L rebuilt one year ago with Ranger Head, newer clutch, new radiator and heater core, new smog pump/check valve, refurbished upper and lower control arms (bushings new) off a 76 Pinto+Kit Car Gazelle, new shocks on front, newer carb, newer door seals and hatchback struts, newer spare tire and placement mat that goes over the spare tire and under the red carpet. Interior: No cracks on dash, and no rips on seats! Headliner intact, and not falling! Red rubber (looks original) floor mats still in car - front and back! Old style seat covers (the kind that were held together with rods and hog pins). Gauges work. Exterior: Surface rust on areas of the body with the worst part being under the doors. Refurbished wheels (Very nice). Lights work. Issues: 1. Cold start issue, but once engine is ON the car restarts fine until left over night. I was suggested to get the carb rejetted. 2. Windows are hard to roll down, and window crank knob broken off driver side. 3. I have had it sitting at a mechanics house for awhile now. I have noticed that it has become really dusty (dusty area), and the driver side windshield wiper arm was broken off since the last time I was over to check on it. *mileage might be more like 122101 or 222101. Who knows? All in all, it's not in bad shape for a 40 year old car, but don't expect for perfection either! I thought I would keep it for awhile, but I have since bought more cars, and now need to sell one of them. When I first bought the car, the car smoked in the beginning, and it felt like it would lose power going up hills sometimes. NOW it goes up hills like it should, and does not smoke since the rebuild. I will also include the steel wheels that are mounted on tires with good tread plus hubcaps which were on the car when I purchased it. Recent front wheel alignment completed also. Bid to Win.....car will be going on sale locally as well so I reserve the right to end this auction. **Ok, I will include 8 inch rear end and newer leaf springs*****I also have an extra passenger side quarter window that came with the car when I bought it. I believe the driver side quarter window was replaced before I owned it because there was left over broken glass between the rear seat and inside of car.***
