This Australian delivered car has a compliance plate dated December 1976 which would make it one of the very few 3 litre Turbo's delivered new to Australia. With only 2850 cars ever built and only 695 of the K series (August 1976 -July1977) produced for markets outside USA these cars have huge investment potential. While the original matching numbers engine does come with this car, the engine that is currently fitted is a modified 3.3 litre unit from a 1980 model car. This engine has been sensibly upgraded and now delivers breath taking performance of a standard only seen in modern super cars. A lot of effort has been directed at minimising turbo lag and ensuring that the driveability of the car matches the tremendous performance available. Presented in stunning silver with biscuit trim, the legendary wide hipped stance of the turbo is shown off with this colour combination to perfection.
