This vehicle was traded in by a local couple and it is in need of engine repair. The owner parked it in his garage last fall for winter storage and it was running and performing fine. When he attempted to get it out in the spring the car would not start. We went to his home and jump started the car however it smoked excessively so we shut it off. He installed a new battery however the car would not start or even turn over. He decided to trade it in instead of repairing it. We believe the engine has hydrauliced or suffered internal damage causing it not to turn over. Therefore we are selling this car to be in need of engine repair or replacement. Prior to not running this was an impressive car and well kept. The exterior is in good condition with no major scratches or dents and the interior quite clean along with being a non-smoker. The AMG series is a high-end performance, luxury car. Once repair this is a very valuable vehicle. Kelly Blue Book retail is over $16,000. Regardless of that we have set the reserve extremely low.
