I bought this accord in 2015 and it had been a loyal vehicle. I believe the issue it has is either the fuel pump, or timing is off. However I am not interested in keeping it because I have too many vehicles as it is however the engine is strong, and Very sought after, I know it's valued at $1k by itself. There are plenty of other solid parts so you could either fix her up and make her a solid car again, or part her out and build up another car. Either way, my loss your gain. Will need to be towed. So local pick up only. Highest bid gets her or $800 buy it now.
