This is a one owner car, which we bought new. However it does have some issues, namely, it heats up after about 7 or 8 miles and presently the hot alarm sounds. We've been told it is the water pump leaking, but I don't feel like putting the money in it to fix that, due to the car having over 284,000 miles on it. It starts right up, and drives good, and when you apply the brakes, it doesn't pull to either side. We have done regular oil changes at 3,000 mile intervals, and for the last couple years have added a quart of oil at at about 1,800 miles between oil changes. The A/C works (we just had that fixed a few months ago), the heater works, the radio works on both FM and AM, the CD player works, as does the cassette player. We put alloy wheels and new tires on it about 2 years ago, they still show good tread. The interior is still nice, and the body panels are good, with a few nicks and scratches one would expect on a 16 year old car. It has a crack in the top of the dash panel (as shown in one of the scans) and the rubber molding is pulling away from the upper left corner of the back window, but we put some black sealer on that and it never has leaked. Also one of the small wheel discs is loose, (as shown in one of the scans) and doesn't match the other 3. We also have available all the repair records we had done on the car. Due to the alloy wheels which I think should be worth around $200.00, and the scrap value of the car is around $150.00, I'm starting the bid at $200.00 and Buy-It-Now at $350.00.
