Company Policies Returns Returns will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid. Customer is responsible for return shipment fees & NO COD returns will be accepted. Actual shipping cost will not be returned on items with “Free shipping”, unless item was misrepresented. Returns of partial sets/ kits will not be accepted. Returns will be assessed with a 15% Restock Fee. Returns older than 12 months old will not be accepted. Defective Items Unless otherwise specified, all products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the delivery date. Shipping Damage, Lost or Missing Merchandise You must call SoCalVETTES within 5 days of receipt for instructions on how to proceed.
