Runs, looks and rides like brand new. There’s barely a scratch on it. I purchased it off the original owner. It had 1000 miles when I purchased it. Since purchasing it I did a thorough cleaning and wax. Every fluid was drained and refilled, a full 100% service. New tires, variator, variator belt, auto clutch, brakes, plug, battery, tires, carburetor was ultrasonically cleaned. Also, new brake fluid, coolant, gear and engine oil. Everything works perfect including the digital speedometer and all gauges. These scooters go 75 mph and in the highway just fine. This Helix is registered to me. Rhode Island does NOT offer titles on any vehicles older than 2001. You can register this in any state with a bill of sale from me and my registration. Every state recognizes Rhode Island’s laws and complies. Feel free to research it for yourself.
