Up for auction is a timeless '61 Impala bubble top 2-door. This has been in the family for many years but now needs to find a new home. Clear Title in hand. Currently the car will run and drive. Drive train is not original. It has a big block 454 and a turbo 400. Stock original rear end. Engine starts right up. Just had a new Edlebrock 750 carb installed with a new fuel pump and new tank with new sending unit (this will require some small tuning). The trans has very few miles on it since the rebuild. This has dual side exhaust with 2 chamber flowmasters. All new front end. This needs to be fully restored, both inside and out. From the pictures, it is easy to see that a lot of body work is required in order to restore the Impala to its former beauty. There is some minor rust on the undercarriage of the Impala.
