The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful 2010 Lexus ES350 with 79,458 miles. There has been only one owner since new who traded it in for a new one. This ES is equipped with the Keyless Start, Heated & Cooled Leather Seats, Power Sunroof, Bluetooth with USB/AUX Ports, and lots of other equipment. All of the power equipment has been checked and tested, and everything is working properly. This Lexus looks terrific. The body is in excellent condition with nothing other than some front bumper marks and a thin scrape on the bottom of the left front door. The "White Starfire Pearl" paint is super glossy over the entire body. There aren’t any dents or body rust and the undercarriage is very clean. The alloy wheels are bright and clean, and all of the exterior trim is in excellent condition. The interior of this GS350 is crisp, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is fluffy and fresh throughout. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition without any damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This ES350 runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. We test drove and performed the routine maintenance on this vehicle in preparation for sale. The 3.5L engine runs strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The matching set of tires are showing most of their tread and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were replaced this week. This car is ready for immediate use and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country. This vehicle was inspected and comes with a complimentary 3-month nationwide warranty, which can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
