1979 CHEVROLET SCOTTSDALE BIG-10 SHORTBOX 2WD!!! RE-LISTED DUE TO NON PAYING HIGH BIDDER! Please contact me at the number listed below if you have any questions or concerns! Thank you! I am reluctantly putting up this awesome survivor truck for auction!! Hard to find them with these options and colors that have not been beat to death or rusted completely out!! This truck was purchased from the original owners estate. Everything is original ,minus the wheels,tires,lowering kit and stereo. The family stated the mileage is original at 63,000. The truck now has 63,540 miles. This truck is very solid and the colors and options are right! I had big plans of a LS swap but I have my eye on a different toy. The truck is factory Midnight black and all the paint and panels are original. The truck has great original patina!! Also the truck is about 95% rust free!! The bedsides,rocker panels,doors,fenders,hood,tailgate as well as the body mounts are all solid! This little pickup also came factory equipped with bucket seats and a console!! Rare option to say the least!! Also has tilt wheel,heavy duty radiator,Big-10 suspension package,upper and lower trim.Factory matching numbers 305 small block with all original accessories and TH350 automatic transmission . The truck runs great and everything works as it should. No A/C,No power locks or windows. Which all can be fixed with a quick call to Vintage A/C and a power window and lock kit from a multitude of suppliers out there. The truck runs great!! I have drove the truck back and forth to work a few times which is over a 2hr round trip with no problems 70mph down the highway!! I have had the truck for a while and since I have had it I have added a lowering kit which gave it a 7inch front drop with spindles and springs and a 8inch rear drop with a flip kit and c-notch(The truck can be raised up a few inches if the new owner prefers). All new breaks all the way around. Brand new American Racing Salt Flat wheels that I had made for the truck . It took 8 weeks to get them so there nothing you can just pickup at the local tire shop!! They are 20x10 in the rear and 20x8 in the front. They have brand new Nitto tires all the way around as well. Like I was saying I had big plans for a LS swap and and custom front and rear suspension. This was going to be or has been a awesome little shop truck but mostly sits in the garage now. Truck will come with a really clean factory chrome rear bumper with brackets as well as the original inside fender wells that were removed for tire clearance. There are so many reproduction and aftermarket company's out there the sky is the limit with these trucks. I know I will be hard pressed to find a truck like this again. So here is your chance!!
