I have been buying rebuilt title vehicles for the past 10 years and I am very careful to purchase ones with no frame, fire, flood or air bag deployment. This trucks rebuilt history comes from a large limb landing on the roof of truck and it being totalled out. They did a great job with the repair, I have since purchased another from him. I orginally purchased it to put a repo lift on it to use for my rental car business but never ended up doing it. I never did any heaving towing with this truck, I towed one vehicle with a uhaul transport once, towed great. I am only selling it because I no longer need it, there are no mechanical issues with the truck, it is clean and in good shape. The only cosmetic issue is the spray on bed liner is starting to chip away. Tires only have about 8k on them, these were close to $1000 alone. Rebuilt title vehicles can not be financed thru normal finance channels. You would have to pay cash or cashiers check . If you have excellent credit you could take a personal loan out on it, a good place to do it is thru Penfed.org. Its a credit union that may loan money on rebuilt title vehicles. USAA Offers loans for rebuilt titles as well. This vehicle is financed thru my floor plan of my business, once payment clears you will have the title with in 48 hours.
