Up for auction is a very solid 1963 Porsche 356B. The car was being restored but the owner has decided to move on to other projects...leaving the door open for someone that has dreamed of owning a Porsche 356 and wants to follow a proper restoration. The car has been media blasted and treated to eliminate absolutely all traces of rust. The restoration got as far as installing a new longitudinal and jack spur on the driver’s side and complete new sheet metal for the engine bay -see pictures. The car is a straight and solid candidate for restoration: Excellent Hood; no kinks around the hinge area and only minor pitting towards the front.Clean engine lid with only some minor pitting on the upper right side.Doors are solid as well, needing attention to the usual lower outside areas.Bumpers were bought new - front and rear as pictured.
