As many know, Dodge never built a 2nd Generation (94-02) Ram in a crew cab. So, a few aftermarket companies took it upon themselves to build us a few. Taking offers or build requests. I have a 12 Valve Engine and 6 Speed transmission available to swap in it, if the buyer so desires. The truck is currently equipped the original V10 8.0 lt engine and the 47RE automatic transmission. This truck has only 156k miles and is in really good condition. The V10 engine runs strong. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and pulls well. The wheels are 17" 3rd Generation Ram (03-09) factory dually wheels. This is an upgrade from the smaller 16" wheels the truck was originally equipped with. They look much better as well. These wheels have been powder coated black for a lasting and durable finish. The tires are almost brand new LT245/75R17 Hankook Dynapro AT M tires. The rear doors allow full access to a much larger than usual back seat. This rear seat is even better because it's the same seat you would find in a conversion van. That means, it lays out into a bed!! On a long trip and need a little nap? Pull into a rest stop and lay down the rear seat. Grab your pillow and blanket and catch some Z's. All the power options work including all FOUR power windows and door locks as well as the driver's power seat. The truck runs and drives very well. You could easily hop in and drive cross country or hook up a trailer and haul something across town. With all the room of a Crew Cab you can take the whole crew in comfort. It is equipped with a goose neck hitch so its ready for hauling your horse trailer or race car hauler. I have resealed the valve covers and the full intake system. It has all new spark plugs and wires. I replaced the ignition coils with the later model, better ones. I replaced the thermostat and while I was at it I replaced the plastic thermostat housing with the later model, better aluminum housing. I replaced the injectors with cleaned and resealed later model style ones. All the later model parts where removed from a 99 V10 Ram 2500 that we parted out. The truck had a dual pipe exhaust set-up dumped under the bed with no cats and dual glass packs. I didn't like the sound so I replaced the exhaust with a built Y pipe into a stock Cummins Diesel exhaust with factory muffler and all. Sounds so much better. Mounts just like a stock exhaust. Works very well. Still no cats and the smog pump is not used anymore. No check engine lights. Truck runs and drivers very well. Engine will spin the tires, haul a heavy load, or just daily drive with ease. Transmission shifts great and pulls well. I get about 13.5 MPG on average. Which is about the same as I get from my 2006 4.7 V8 Ram 1500 and not much less than what I would expect from a Cummins or Hemi powered truck.
