The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2008 Chevrolet Uplander with the side entry wheelchair ramp. This is a Braun Entervan conversion with the fully lowered floor. The ramp deploys manually and operates smoothly and easily. There are 42,483 miles on this Van and there has been only one owner since new. Both of the front seats are removable so that a wheelchair can roll right into place and lock down in either position. There are also quick release tie down tracks in the floor behind the front seats to secure wheelchair(s) in nearly any position. This Van is equipped with front & rear air conditioning, power window/door-locks/mirrors, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, and CD stereo and the third row bench seat. All of the power equipment in this Van has been checked and tested, and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. This Uplander runs and drives very nicely. The 3.9L V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The tires are all showing lots of tread and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were changed this week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on and this Uplander is ready for immediate use. The exterior of this Van looks terrific. The White paint is very glossy and brilliant over the entire body with nothing other than some stone nicks or minor imperfections. There aren't any dents, scratches or body damage. There isn't any body rust and the undercarriage is clean and in great condition. The interior is fresh, clean and has been well maintained. The seats and flooring are in excellent condition without any holes or damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or other odors inside this Van. The history report is clean without any accidents or damage and the title is clear. This Uplander looks and runs very well. It is ready to be picked up, used right away, and driven anywhere. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
