1965 Pontiac GTO Convertible what we have here is a Beautiful triple Black car not sure where to start to describe this Goat but i will do my Best and as always im sure i will forget some details etc but i always include a Phone # at the bottom to call with any additional questions or more specific pictures etc.Starting with some known History about the car it is a older frame off restoration car but it is Super Clean as if they did it recently and it was a highend restoration by the looks of it the car was purchased at a Mecum auction This Is Probably One Of The Nicest GTO i have seen in a while hands down i will not advertise the car as a Matching#s car cause im not sure but by the Looks of It and the originality of it overall i cant says its not neither starting with the Body the car still wears all its original panels and sheet metal and is Laser Straight as you can tell from the pics and being Black you would see it right away if it wasnt the car is completely rust free and seems to have all the original sheetmetal from the factory trunk the floors all look incredible and Super Clean Top To Bottom as you will see inside the trunk is super nice and original and includes a spare with the matching Redline tire,the doors open and close real nice as well,all the bumpers and trim are in real nice shape top to bottom.Moving on to the interior the interior is in Excellent Shape with no tears anywhere the dash is real nice all the way down to the carpet creature comforts include Factory Power Windows,Power Top and Factory Cold Ac car is loaded with many Rare Options even the Factory Radio Works,dome lights etc all work.Moving on to the Power Train Setup Motor is the original 389 with a Six Pack 3 Deuces That is very Cool brings in the Old School for sure Motor runs strong with no issues,power is backed up by a powerglide 2 speed auto car Runs Very nice Great Cruiser with power to back it up some as you can see in the Pics it includes Chrome valve covers and 3 Chrome Deuce Air Cleaners Engine bay is very clean as well top to bottom no cooling issues here thanks to the original looking big radiator motor flows through a true aluminized Dual Exhuast all the way back and finished of with the original looking dual chrome tips,all the undercarriage of the car is super clean and painted as well,car is rolling stock on original Hurst Polished alloy wheels finished off with bias Firestone Redline tires this combination finishes off the look overall of the car like i said i am probably forgetting some details on the car but i cant stress enough on how clean and nice it is Top to Bottom if your looking for a Great Classic Goat Drop Top Cruiser just in time for Spring and Summer and For the Local car shows as im sure you will bring home some trophys with this Beauty this is it Look and compare if you have any questions or need additional pics please call Terry at 207-807-6722 Thanks For Looking.
