There is no title to this bike, Rhode Island does not offer titles on any vehicle older than 2000. This is a vintage Scrambler chopper build on a 70’s Paughco frame. I took the vin on the motor and researched it as a CL77 (1967 Honda 305cc engine off a 1967 Honda Scrambler. With all that said, this bike is cool and authentic vintage goodness, a real 60’s/70’s bike. It runs and idles perfect, goes 65mph no problem with a passenger. it rides actually pretty darn good and tracks straight. It’s 9’ long, front and rear brakes work good for drums. Tires are vintage with no dry rot and perfect tread. The seat is a hand sewn deer hide. Headlight, tail light and brake lights all work. The frame and paint is killer, sure it’s old and has patina but it’s funky. It’s ready to ride, it comes with an old registration to register in another state but please feel free to research RI’s title law, it’s no secret they don’t offer them and the registration should be enough to register in any state along with a bill of sale. This isn’t some guido chopper with all the bells and whistles but a true chopper built some 40 years ago. Shipping is your responsibility.
