1966 Chevrolet El Camino Custom, 283 ci. 3-spd. Ps, Ac. Madeira Maroon with red interior. 20,400 original miles. Paint is original except for the top which the original owner that bought in new had it painted white at the dealership before they took it home. It runs and drives as new, the 283 purrs and the 3-spd. column shift is crisp and tight. The automatic choke works perfect. It is like driving a new car except for the old bias ply tires. The maroon paint is original and in the best shape that I have seen on a older car. Likewise with all the bumpers and moldings, hubcaps. trim ect. The bed is all original paint also, has a few scratches but no rust anywhere. The tailgate opens and shuts like new. All tinted glass is original and perfect except for a very small rock chip in windshield. I have owned the car for 7 years and have never tried the air but sure it will just need a charged. It just drives and shifts like new. absolutely no pitting in the chrome and all original moldings are unbelievable. Original keys and also original spare tire. The dash is in perfect condition, note the original emergency brake pedal. I have another old 1968 Chevy with 5800 miles on it and it doesn't come close to the condition of this. No disappointments.
