Up for sale is an amazing rust-free original-owner 1965 Ford F-250 Custom Cab pickup truck. It is in exceptional mechanical condition, having just under 59,000 original miles on the factory numbers-matching 352 V8 engine and 4-speed manual transmission. The truck starts easily, drives well, tracks straight down the road, and brakes well and straight. This has always been a second- or third vehicle for the original owners, has been driven sparingly, and cared for diligently. This is very straight truck with no overt presentation of rust to be found. It wears a very nice older repaint in original Marlin Blue over rust-free original body panels, the paint has had a fresh polish, and shows beautifully, as you can see. The Wimbledon White roof and bumpers were just freshened up and look great. The bed is also sound, as the truck has lived most of its’ life under cover and out of the weather. The rockers, frame, cab mounts, cab corners, etc. are exceptional. There is no obvious presentation of rust anywhere. The fancy aluminum front grill is in outstanding condition, as is the bedside Custom Cab trim. Just a great-looking truck that’s hard to beat for the money.... you’d have to spend thirty grand or more to get a substantially nicer classic truck, IMHO. The interior features a beautiful, original, and uncut two-tone dash with all original controls and radio, gorgeous engine-turned gauge bezel, original gauges in beautiful and proper working condition, very nice original survivor headliner and matching sun visors, freshly upholstered upper door panels in original pattern, amazing ORIGINAL floor mat, nice survivor seat upholstery, original Custom Cab driver’s side map pocket, original steering wheel and horn ring, etc. An extremely nice-looking interior; as you can see. Everything seems to be in working order, including the heater, fan, lights, turn signals, cabin light, and wipers. You’d be hard-pressed to find a nicer original interior. The wheels are restored factory-original Ford steel wheels wearing restored original hub caps; a timeless classic look. The glass and trim is in very nice condition as well, windows roll up and down smoothly. The truck still has its’ original-owner small title, and original Owner’s Manual, as well as original keys. Such a great truck. The engine bay is virtually bone-stock, including the original air cleaner, washer fluid bag, and ivory-painted valve covers. The engine just received a fresh tune and runs very well. The clutch and brakes also work well. While not a flawless truck, this is an extremely nice original classic Ford that you can climb in and enjoy exactly as-is, and drive with pride. She’ll turn more heads than a brand-new $75k truck! While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 53-year-old classic, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop (Rose Lane Restorations) and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Clear title in hand. Feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
