You MUST read AND agree with the ENTIRE content before bidding....NO EXCEPTIONS! Up for auction is a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country, Limited Trim, Minivan. This van is clean inside and out. The pictures actually speak for themselves. The van was a daily driver until it started having shifting issues. At that point, it was parked. If your expectation is to find a brand new, fully functional vehicle for pennies on the dollar, then I'd recommend that you look elsewhere as this auction is not for you. New set of high quality/premium performance spark plugs will be included as they were purchased, but never installed. Issue(s):Transmission has shifting issues; leaks transmission fluid from front passenger side of the vehicleBlown headlight - I do have the ballast and replacement bulb (both included)Brake light comes on intermittently - Van stopped on a dime when drivenMinor rock chips, scratches, and carpet stains (see photos)TPMS Indicator illuminated due to 1 sensor not being programmed and another was replaced with a standard valve stem Due to the transmission problem, i recommend that you have the vehicle towed. I do NOT have the tools/equipment to repair the vehicle, so it's being listed. Vehicle is being sold in an as-is condition. No warranty, refunds, exchanges, payment plans, trades, paypal claims, or returns. The van pictured is what you are purchasing. The motorcycle in the background is NOT included. Feel free to schedule time to see it in person if you're in Indianapolis. I will provide a bill of sale and a signed title upon the receipt of verified funds. A copy of the bill of sale will be retained by the buyer as verification of vehicle release and title transfer. The only forms of payments accepted are: cash, loan checks, cashier's check. Buyer is responsible for tax, title, registration, auto insurance, and transportation from the sale site to their destination. In-full payment due within 3 days of auction's ending. The seller will NOT transport the vehicle...NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Transportation must be arranged for by the buyer, and must be removed on the same day that payment is received unless other arrangements are agreed upon. If you are from out of state, and need to transport it to another state, the BMV may provide you with a temporary license plate should you elect to chance driving it an extended distance.
