The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a super clean 2010 Volvo XC70 Wagon with 108,428 miles. This Volvo runs and drives beautifully. This Wagon is equipped with the Premium Package, Climate Package and BLIS. The original Window Sticker of $44,000 is still in the glovebox. The XC70 runs strong and smoothly, and drives beautifully. The 3.2L engine uses regular unleaded fuel, and does not utilize a timing belt, which saves a significant amount on service. The owner recently installed new tires which are showing most of their tread. The brakes are in excellent condition and the oil and filters were changed this week. All of the power equipment in this Volvo has been tested and everything is working properly. This vehicle comes with a complimentary three month nationwide service warranty. It also passed a mechanical inspection to qualify for up to four additional years of comprehensive warranty coverage, which is available at the time of purchase. The exterior of this Wagon is in Beautiful condition. The "Oyster Gray Metallic" paint is super glossy and clean over the entire body with nothing other than a few nicks and some scratches on the bottom plastic trim under the rear bumper. There aren't any other scratches or dents and there isn’t any body rust at all. The undercarriage is extremely clean and the alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior has been very well maintained and is also in terrific condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple with only minor wear on the driver side, and the carpeting throughout this car is fluffy and fresh without any damage. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
