selling my 1955 thunderbird. it was involved in a accident ware it was totaled. most of the damage is in the driver side front fender. all the damage to the car is cosmetic the frame and motor where unharmed by the accident. the motor and transmission is not original to the car. the motor is a ford 302 and the transmission is a t4 automatic. the motor was rebuilt just before the accident and the transmission about 8 years ago. the frame of the car was cut and modified to fit the new motor and trans. this is a good parts car if you happen to have a 55 that needs things. this car has all the chrome and only 2 peaces were damaged. the door hood and top are with the car but not shone in picks. the top was just freshly painted a toxic waste green and has had all the weatherstripping replace except for the seal on the back window. the motor has a new cooling system with new radiator electric water pump and electric fan. has front disk brakes as well. the driver side door has some damage to it as well but is miner enough that it can be fixed. this is a running and driving project that needs a lot of work. all the taxes are made up just needs to be repaired and inspected to get tags.
