Bought this car from a local BMW Collector. Garage kept. Tennessee car. Original paint. Interior in very good shape. Headliner in very good shape. Car was in storage since 2012. We have drained the gas tank, flushed it and put new gas in the tank. Installed a new battery, changed the oil and filter. New spark plugs. Just recently installed a stainless catalytic pipe and system. Performance cat. Car runs great. Good pickup and great handling. Some blue poly installed underneath for handling. Still needs a few items to be fixed. Windows are not working probably due to a fuse. We got the sunroof working last week. Front, lower air dam is off and will need fixing and paint. Mid pipe to mufflerhas some rust holes. This car has always been senior adult owned and would be a great piece for a collector or a SundayDriver. It's that nice. These cars are getting hard to find in the IS model that are in good shape. No rust visible even on underside. See photos. I have the entire set of original wheels and centercaps that go with the car. Also, (pictured) there is anentire box of receipts and paperwork for the new buyer. Bid to win. There is a dent on the rear trunk lid right near the BMW emblem.I will take a photo later today and show it. Surface scratches in a few areas on the quarter panels that could be buffed out. I will advise later today on any other body conditions. --There is a crack in the windshield that I will take a photo of today. --Will check AC operation today and also receipts for timing belt change. --The oil cooler has a dent in it probably when the front air dam was damaged. I have a replacement one in the trunk of the car. ALSO WILL INCLUDE AREAS OF BODY SCRATCHES AND DENTS BY PHOTO. THE LAST TIME THE TIMING BELT WAS REPLACED IS AT 104,802 MILES. THERE IS ANOTHER HAND WRITTEN RECEIPT FROM THE PRIOR OWNER THAT SHOWS ANOTHERREPLACEMENT AT 108K MILES ON 4-28-07. ALSO REPLACED WATER PUMP THEN AND ADJUSTED THE VALVES. I WILL ADD PHOTOS OF THESE RECEIPT ALSO. THE AC DOES NOT WORK AT THIS TIME, BUT ALSO THE MAIN CLIMATE FAN DOES NOT TURN ON. AGAIN, MAYBE A FUSE ISSUE WHICH I WILL CHECK TOMORROW.
