The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a gorgeous Pearl White 2009 Cadillac CTS-4 AWD. This car has 45,184 miles and there has been only one owner since new, who traded it in for a new Cadillac. It is equipped with the 3.6L engine, all-wheel-drive, factory navigation, the power panoramic sunroof, heated & cooled leather seats, bluetooth, USB & AUX ports, and lots of other features. All of the equipment in this car has been tested and is working properly. Since this car was traded in by the original owner, we received both sets of the keyless start remotes, all of the glovebox owner manuals, and the full set of floor mats. This vehicle comes with a three month nationwide service warranty. It also passed a mechanical inspection to qualify for up to four additional years of comprehensive warranty coverage, which is available at the time of purchase. This CTS runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.6L engine runs strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering is nice and tight. The oil & filters were replaced last week by the Cadillac dealership service department. There aren't any service or warning lights on, and this Cadillac is ready to be driven anywhere. The exterior of this CTS looks beautiful with nothing other than just a few nicks or dings in the front. There aren’t any dents, scratches or rust and the Pearl White paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. There aren't any dents or scratches and of course there isn't any body rust at all. The alloy wheels are bright and clean, and all exterior trim is in excellent condition as well. The interior of this CTS is crisp, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft and supple, and the carpeting is fresh and clean throughout this car. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This is a beautiful looking Cadillac that runs as good as it looks. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents, and we have the clear title in hand. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this CTS anywhere in the country. *WARRANTY* This vehicle comes with a 3-Month/4,500 Mile Warranty through the AutoPro Warranty Company LLC, which is used exclusively by many Dealerships for their extended warranty programs. This is a Nationwide program that allows service to be performed at the facility of your choice anywhere in the USA. This vehicle has also been pre-inspected in order to qualify for the extended AutoPro Ultra Limited Warranty program. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
