This is a 1963 Ford Fairlane that was restored in 2013. It has always been covered and garaged. the car has just received a new 289 engine and has less than a couple of hundred miles.There is a slight tapping on one of the lifters. It has been back three times to the mechanic and this is the best HE can do. I am reducing the price of the car by 1000 dollars because of the tap. The car does run great. -hooker headers and electronic ignition-new front disc brakes-interior completely re-done-all new powdered coated gas tank and stainless steel strapsair shocks, custom exhaust systemre built borg warner t-10 4-speed transmission-competition hurst shifter-car comes with two additional wheels and tires 55 year old wiring. It's to the best of my knowledge the Fairlane is in good working order. this sale is AS IS. I you want a classic early muscle car, this is the one. I have owed the car for 11 years. The Ford Fairlane was appraised at 12000 dollars. Must sell . 6000 dollars is stealing the car. The dual sound system stop working today. Will need a new am/fm
