Only 124,012 miles and it shows this truck runs and drives good. I just recently had all the glow plugs replaced along with both the batteries. This truck has no problem at all going down the highway at 75 miles per hour. The transmission shifts as it should and very smooth no hard shifts at all. The front bumper is a little bent also has some paint flaws as seen in the pictures. The interior is in good shape but could use a good cleaning. The window tint is old and bubbling some which is a very easy fix. The driver side door does not open from the inside latch but it does come with the new cable for that to be fixed. It does have a Banks exhaust brake system along with a aftermarket turbo. Tires are good, one of the rear tires is a little worn, the rest are good. I would trust this to drive across the country.
