2003 DODGE RAM 3500 CUMMINS HONV-5600 6-SPEED173K MILES 4X4A/CLOTS OF MONEY INVESTED! 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 with rare 5.9 Cummins H.O. engine and NV-5600 6-speed Manual combination. This combination gets excellent fuel mileage. Truck is in great shape and has a lot of money invested. I bought this truck from the original owner 4 years ago and completely went through the truck replacing pretty much everything. Only reason for selling is I don't need a 3500 anymore. Truck has been well taken care of and run only synthetic fluids its whole life with fuel filter changes every 5000 miles. Truck is in perfect mechanical condition. Only body flaws are, there is rust forming on rockers, door seams, tailgate seam, and rear roll pan. New parts replaced at 165k miles are listed below.
