This truck was driven by the Fire Chief, it was used as a mostly just used to inspect fire safety hazards, fire Investigations and Occasionally a Emergency Response unit. When I spoke with the Marshal him self he told me how much he loved the truck and how well it was taken care of. I own a small company here in CT we specialize in decomissioning Police and Service Vehicles and then sell them on behalf of the companies. This truck has never been off road, Abused, Plowed with or worked, This truck drives down the road as if it was brand new, Remember this was a Fleet service truck that spent most of its life in doors. If you know fire departments you know how well they take care of there trucks! This truck was never smoked in either and has been very well taken care of. Oil changes where done every 3K Like clock work, Spark Plugs where just changed, Oil, rear diff fluid, Transmission fluid was done at 90K and brakes are only about a year old. When you get in this truck and drive it you will be Amazed at how smooth the ride is. Tires are about 70% give or take, The transmission shifts smooth threw all of the gears and the 4x4 Engages as it should. No Check Engine Lights and it does not leak or burn any fluids at all, the truck is very reliable and I would honestly drive this truck cross country if I needed too. I am not aware of any known mechanical issues at all, pretty much anything this truck needed it got done. The truck Passed Emissions and Inspection as well, This is a No Reserve Auction but where ever the auction goes this truck is worth paying more for it because of what it is. It is Very rare to find a deal like this with the history behind it as well, service records available as well. Body is straight as an arrow and is very clean the paint shines like new, no dents, dings, major scratches rust or rot. Frame is clean with the exception of some normal rust but does not show any signs of any major rust or rot. This is a Solid truck and it presents itself well. It does have some minor road chips in the front bumper but thats about it, This is the perfect truck for someone that wants a Reliable daily driver, worry free, safe, a truck you can take out to dinner or dates and be proud of. I promise you, there won't be another opportunity to own a Previous fire service truck that has been fleet maintained and garage kept. Sure there is other ford crew cabs but none like this and I believe that adds value to the truck. Interior is in pretty good shape as well, it was never smoked in and shows very little to no wear at all. Carpets are super clean and seats are in great shape, some normal wear but thats expected and thats about it. Reliability wise I would honestly drive this truck cross country if I needed too and I would not even think twice, this truck was maintained with a Open check book and has been fleet serviced on a regular basis. it is 100% turn key and needs nothing not even a cleaning, clean title and a clean Car Fax in hand the truck is paid off so no lien is attached this is a clean smooth deal.
