This was was brought to Wisconsin from Florida purchased from the original owner. It was an 87,000 original mile car was was rust free. Car is really called a 64 1/2 sold in spring of 1964. 1965 models actually were introduced in fall. My friend now is 74 years young and decided to sell the car which has been driven maybe 5 miles since a complete nut and bolt restoration. Motor and transmission were rebuilt everything is new with lots of nos parts since this was started 20 years ago. Rare D code original numbers matching motor and transmission. Original carb rebuilt and plated by Pony Carb to show condition. Factory red, red interior car , factory air redone by classic air in Florida. Desirable four speed transmission. Correct 64 1/2 wire spinner hubcaps that are original and like new. Can't find my other pictures of underneath of car but show quality, all brand new, never driven. Paint is basecoat clearcoat show quality, don't know what to say negative about the car. Better than the day it was brand new from Ford. A true trailer queen show car that really should be driven. Please ask questions as I look for my underneath pictures to post. Original generator, with rare shroud and all correct 64 1/2 pictures, hood lip, headlite buckets, A fresh air vent knob. Rare alligator chrome seat belts. Power top lots of dollars and time spent on show restoration. No disappointments here. You are welcome to come and inspect car.
