I have owned this truck for over 5 years, it’s been a very dependable and durable truck. I have exclusively used Mobil one synthetic oil from day one, preventive maintenance has been done on time. The 5.3L is very strong and runs smoothly. The transmission stopped working in the last snow storm we had in MD, it actually broke in my driveway. The tires will not turn after the transmission stopped working. I therefore jacked’ up the truck and set it on 4 dollies for easy mobility. It’s an 18 year old truck, so be realistic, it’s in rough shape, has rust holes in the locker panels, dents and scratches consistent with its age. It has fairly new rear pads and rotors, new brake lines, new EGR valve, spent $800 bucks to restore the 4WD in December 2017. The undercarriage has normal rust and corrosion, the main frame is solid and intact, has a tow package, 7 way trailer connector and trailer brake controll. This is a fixer upper, mechanics special, it would be a nice parts truck or if you are mechanically inclined you can restore it. I am selling it as is with no reserve the highest bidder takes it.
