The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful 2004 Chrysler 300M with the Premium package, leather interior, power sunroof and heated seats. There has been only one owner since new from Virginia, and this car has 17,894 Original Miles!! This car was third vehicle that was kept at a vacation home and rarely used, and it was garaged when it was not being driven. This vehicle comes with a complimentary 3-Month Nationwide Warranty. The exterior of this 300M is in terrific condition with nothing other than a few nicks or dings and a scratch on the upper left corner of the passenger fender. The Brilliant Silver paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body. All of the paint is original, and there have never been any body repairs. There isn’t any body rust and the undercarriage is clean and in great shape. The chrome wheels are bright and shiny, and all exterior trim is intact and in excellent condition. The interior of this 300M is fresh, crisp and clean. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The driver seat shows barely any wear, and the carpeting is fluffy and clean throughout this car. The trim panel on the top if the dash has a crack, but all other trim pieces and panels are in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This 300C runs and drives beautifully. The 3.5L V6 engine runs strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts very nicely. The full set of Michelin tires are showing nearly all of their tread, and all of the brake pads are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were replaced this week. All of the power equipment in this 300M has been checked and is working properly. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this car is ready to be picked up immediately and driven anywhere. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear title in hand. *WARRANTY* This vehicle comes with a 3-Month/4,500 Mile Warranty through the AutoPro Warranty Company LLC, which is used exclusively by many Dealerships for their extended warranty programs. This is a Nationwide program that allows service to be performed at the facility of your choice anywhere in the USA. This vehicle has also been pre-inspected in order to qualify for the extended AutoPro Ultra Limited Warranty program. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
