NO TITLE BILL OF SALE ONLY , I bought this riley elf at a storage auction and I don't know much about it , I don't know what year it is but I think it is from the 1950's . it is very complete and will be a fairly easy restoration because of that , we had it running and it sounds good , but it needs everything , IT IS SOLD AS IS , this will be one of the cutest cars in any collection and I am sure that it is valuable if put in front of the right crowd , all the parts should be easy to get , it looks like a mini to me but way better looking grille etc , the riley must have been the deluxe model as it still has real leather seats , a nice wood dash etc .
