I'm posting this for my friend's next door neighbor: 1984 Cadillac Eldorado, 8 cyl., white, with tire kit. good body, all plastic lenses and glass, unrusted frame. good battery, recent alternator, turns on and stays running, but won't accelerate over 25-30 mph. exhaust system terrible; cat. converter possibly plugged. no tune-up in 4 years GREAT CONVERSATION PIECE: a classic Las Vegas "girlie" car with great long hood, vault-like doors, and phony tire kit (gold spokes) on the rump. (cashmen's - Las V.) four original spoke rims, one needing work (tubes are required because spokes slowly poke tires) transmission still works well when engine does passenger door opens only from inside interior (burgundy) worn but strong; headliner (original fabric) unglued.
