Texas Flood Car. Freshwater flood. This is NOT A SALVAGE CAR. This is a clean and clear Texas title and I have the title in hand. No flood on carfax. They were uninsured at the time of the flood. No issues. Motor turns over will not start. Water was up to the seats. Was not being driven when flooded.
