FOR SALE – No Reserve 1986 Porsche 951 (944 Turbo) Ext: Sapphire Blue LY5V, Int: Black/GreyHigh mileage (Instrument cluster replaced 20 years ago - odometer inoperative - 200,000+ high estimate), well maintained, daily/weekly driver, this is not a garage queen. Oil/filter changed every 3-6 months – Castrol GTX 20-50/Mahle filter. Second owner for 28 years.Painted 2013,Sept 2016 - all new coolant hoses, October 2016 - new Michelin tires,Feb 2017 - new cam belt, alternator belt, A/C belt, power steering belt, coolant pump etc March 2017 - new steering rack, p/s reservoir, clutch master and slave cylinders, hoses,June 2017 - fuel system overhauled, one new injector, August 2017 - new A/C compressor/drier.Comes with complete set of official Porsche Shop manuals (7 Volumes), new Mahle air filter, fuel filter and 3 oil filters/compression rings. Side mirror bras. Many extras.Do not really want to sell it. I drive it every week for 15 or 20 minutes to heat up oil, burn off moisture, exercise the A/C (blows COLD air – see August 2017 above), keep the tires round, belts pliable, blah, blah, blah…and wonder why am selling it.In August purchased an immaculate, low mileage, very reasonably priced 2008 911 and my wife (rightly) opined we are not a two Porsche family.It is used as a car and is 31 years old but it is exceptionally well maintained and loved.
