The 2nd Generation Mercedes E320 was one of the best models ever released by Mercedes. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class was Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year for 1996. I have owned this 1996 E320 6-cyl 3.2 liter gasoline engine Mercedes for the past 12 years, with no regrets. It was purchased as a second car and has been well maintained throughout my ownership. It has a low 108,300 miles and drives and rides like a charm. I am only selling it now because I am recently retired and can no longer maintain two vehicles. Car cover included with purchase. Exterior Condition: Color: FOREST GREEN; Exterior is in excellent condition with minor dings but nothing major at all; There are custom aluminum rims around the headlights, and the Mercedes Benz star has been replaced with the Mercedes Benz emblem to prevent theft or breakage. New tires with only approximately 15,000 miles; No Rust; New paint job last year, due to clear coat peeling on hood. It has a clear title and clean Carfax report. Interior Condition: Color: CREAM; Non-Smoker, no smells; The leather seats look very good with no rips or tears; There are minor cracks in the front seats consistent with normal wear. The rear seat looks like new; The headliner is excellent with no sagging, the dashboard is perfect with no cracking, carpets look great, all of the wood trimming is in great shape although the wood piece around the gearshift has a little bit of cracking on it, nothing major at all, all in all interior looks terrific; Car presently has a custom made dash cover as well as a steering wheel cover and front seat covers, to preserve them from future wear and tear, all of which can be easily removed if you so choose [note: comparison photo in posted pictures]. Mechanical Condition: This beautiful 3.2 Liter 6-cylinder engine runs terrific with no major mechanical problems; does not smoke leak or make funny noises of any kind; transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears without any issues and does not leak any fluids of any kind; the suspension is nice and tight; brakes and tires are in great shape. Both heat and air condition units work as they should. However, the air conditioning unit is scheduled to be serviced and will need Freon; The sunroof does not slide open all the way due to a rubber tear interfering with tracking, however it does tilt open properly, allowing fresh air and the sun's rays to enter in; The 6-speaker sound system and the AM/FM Stereo Radio w/Cassette performs well and 6-Disk in-trunk CD-Changer works as it should; Cruise control, power locks, power windows and power seats all work properly. Maintenance: Mercedes Benz Owner Manual, Operation Guide, Vehicle Car Guide, Service Booklet and all service records within the last few years will be included. Records include a New Alternator; New Battery, New Fuel Pump & Filter; New Ignition Switch; New Lock Assembly; New Rear Brakes; New A/C Blower Motor & Regulator; and other recent maintenance as noted on the posted Maintenance List.
