The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan Braun Entervan with 48,145 miles. It is equipped with the fully lowered floor, power sliding side door, power wheelchair ramp, and automatic kneeling suspension. There is an EZ-Lock system in the passenger front seat position, which allows a wheelchair to roll in and lock into the passenger seat position. The door and ramp can be operated with the interior controls or the wireless remote from the outside. All of the equipment is fully and properly operational and this Van is ready for immediate use. This Caravan is also equipped with front & rear air conditioning, power sunroof, cruise control, CD stereo, power windows, power door-locks, power mirrors, and third row seat. All of the power equipment in this Van has been checked, tested and is operating properly including the heat and air conditioning. The front seats are easily removable so that a wheelchair can be placed in the driver position or on the passenger side. All of the wheelchair access equipment operates correctly. This Minivan runs and drives very well, and there aren’t any service indicator or warning lights on. The 3.8L V6 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The matching set of Goodyear tires are showing lots or tread and the brakes are in great shape. The oil & filters were changed this week. The "Linen Gold Metallic" finish is very glossy over the entire body with only minor scratches and imperfections. The interior is fresh and in excellent condition. The seats and carpeting are in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors inside this Van. The title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
