FREE OPEN-CARRIER SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES WITH BUY-IT-NOW. Four grand buys it if you want to drive it home, or ship yourself. Bid to win, but please bid only if you can afford to pay within 3 days of auction's end. This is a genuine 80k original mile two-owner survivor, a very rare truck featuring both the Royal and Prospector packages in factory black paint with red pinstripes... you won’t find another like it. Call Tim at 360-936-9257 with any questions. This is an amazing original 1982 Dodge Ram Royal Prospector wearing factory-original Black paint with original factory gray bench seat Royal interior. This is a genuine, two-owner 80,000 original mile vehicle still wearing 95%+ original paint. Original numbers-matching 225 cubic inch slant-6 engine, four-speed manual transmission, and 3.55 performance rear axle. Other options include power steering, power disc brakes, AC (needs to be charged/reconnected), and more. Runs well, drives well. The original black paint polished to beautiful condition, and the original Royal interior detailed and great-looking. Ultra rare truck with factory Royal and Prospector option packages, black paint, etc. I have never, ever seen another like it. This is a very collectible low-mile survivor with just enough patina on the original black paint to set it apart from everything else on the road. Yes, she has some dings and dents, but no rust issues, even in the bed. I’ve just coated the bed floor with POR-15 to protect the original metal against the weather. The truck runs and drives wonderfully; a very reliable driver. Note the original factory steel wheels and original full wheel covers... rare. The truck has its’ original rear-mounted spare tire, too. This has to be one of the most beautiful and best original paint early Ram trucks in existence. Documentation includes the original underhood line set option decals. I doubt you will ever find another early Prospector like this, with documentation since new, wearing beautiful original paint, original interior, original engine bay and undercarriage, in turn-key running and driving condition. I’ve restored many, and prefer this particular one with original paint to many I’ve fully restored. Just as nice in all respects, but having more character with the original paint. As you can see, the truck is absolutely amazing; I bought it to keep but just put a bunch of money into new equipment for my shop... I would keep it if I could afford to. Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for inspection and export. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 35-year-old classic vehicle, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Please keep in mind, while state-of-the-art in its’ day, this is a relatively primitive vehicle by modern driving standards, and used at that... please expect minor issues that would commonly be associated with a well-maintained classic vehicle of this era. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
