This is not a "cosmetic" restoration. The complete bike has been gone through.Engine & Drive train: New top end ( NOS Piston, rings, wrist pin, valves, keepers, locks, guides, seals, timing chain, gear, and hard to find camshaft ). New clutch plates - steel and kevlar. O ring chain and NOS rear sprocket ( sprocket is for the TL125S model I think. I could not find one for the "K" model at the time, so the bolts were built up and machined to 10mm, to fit the 10mm holes. Kick lever has been re-chromed.Header pipe has been ceramic coated, due to the proximity of the carburetor to the exhaust.Wheels and tires: Period correct new Nitto trials tires. New spokes. Rims restored and clear re-anodized. New wheel bearing and seals.Bodywork: Tank, fenders, and side covers painted with Sherwin Williams ultra 7000 metallic silver mix, and best clear coat. Blue on tank is VMR candy sapphire blue. Multiple coats of clear on tank. Tank has been lined with Caswell liner that resists alcohol. Flex additive was added to fender paint and clear coat. Seat is nos. Handle bars have been re-chromed.Frame: Frame and swing arm have been powder coated.Suspension: Forks - new seals and fluid. Rear shock - Dampers on rear shocks are NOS Polished aluminum has not been clear coated. There is no armor all on the bike.
